THEA ERICHSEN

Thea Erichsen.

International artist, Thea Erichsen is a versatile and passionate performer who thrives in the creative and performance realm of the arts! Thea most recently completed her contract in the inaugural company of Broadway's BEETLEJUICE the musical debuting on the newest Norwegian Cruise Ship. As a DANCER, SINGER, ACTRESS, TEACHER and CHOREOGRAPHER Thea's work inspires and translates through the arts across many genres!

Originally from New Zealand, Thea grew up training in a diverse range of dance styles and theatre disciplines: making her a multi genre artist, highly trained dancer and triple threat performer. Thea is proud to be part of the international arts education program Broadway Dreams, which connected her with leading Broadway professionals whose mentorships have carved the path for her international career. She is so grateful to program founder Annette Tanner, Broadway Choreographer Connor Gallagher and industry creative Maxx Reed as well as a number of other faculty for their mentorship and support. Thea is so proud to be a DREAMER.   

A recent graduate of Broadway Dance Centre's Professional Semester Program NYC - Thea completed a full summer touring season as a performance associate with Broadway Dreams attending 8 cities across the USA and assisting Broadway's finest creatives; an opportunity that enhanced her skills as an artist and broadened her prospects in the states and as a working artist internationally. 

 

 Erichsen holds values of great drive, perseverance and passion for the arts, that have seen her acquire numerous awards, roles and performance opportunities throughout New Zealand and internationally.

She is now transitioning from her home of New Zealand to the New York/international/US industry and is excited and eager to explore new opportunities and create meaningful art in this illustrious industry.

A proud kiwi artist, Thea brings with her great heart and an extraordinary work ethic!

Loves the ocean, her family and is so grateful for her beginnings in Aotearoa that undoubtedly shaped her into the person she is today.
